NEIL D. BRASLOW

Neil D. Braslow is the Owner and Managing Partner at Braslow Legal, and focuses his practice on business matters, intellectual property issues, and transactional agreements. He regularly counsels clients in Florida and New Jersey as an entertainment and sports lawyer.

Mr. Braslow received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida in 2009 where he graduated summa cum laude, and his JD from Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center in 2012.

Mr. Braslow is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association, the Florida Bar Entertainment, Arts, & Sports Law Section, and the Esports Bar Association.

Mr. Braslow is admitted to practice in Florida and New Jersey.

RICHARD M. BRASLOW

Richard M. Braslow is Of Counsel at Braslow Legal, and focuses his practice on administrative, municipal, regulatory, and transactional law matters involving fire companies, fire districts, and first aid squads, as well as non-profit entities. He regularly counsels fire districts and emergency medical technicians on issues related to business and operations compliance. Mr. Braslow serves as counsel to the New Jersey State Association of Fire Districts.

Mr. Braslow received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the Rutgers University in 1973 and his JD from Western New England Law School in 1977.

Mr. Braslow is admitted to practice in Florida and New Jersey.
